At Ironhorse Motorsports, our connection to the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation is deeply personal. As our local hospital, the Gold Coast Health team has not only nursed me back to health after motorcycle accidents but has also provided exceptional care to many of my friends.
The Gold Coast Hospital Foundation, the official charity for Gold Coast Health, plays a crucial role in supporting patients and their families. This locally-based community organisation raises funds to deliver health programs and projects that relieve medical hardship caused by illness, injury, or disability. Their efforts ensure that vital support programs, which are not covered by government budgets, are available to patients at local public hospitals and community health facilities.
We are committed to giving back to the Foundation, recognizing the incredible patient care provided by Gold Coast Health medical professionals. By supporting the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation, we aim to help them continue their essential work, funding initiatives such as the Cancer Patient Transport Service, Emergency Accommodation Service, purchasing medical equipment, funding hospital-led health research, and improving hospital facilities and patient spaces.
