Promotion Period

• The promotion commences at 5:00 PM AEST on 13/02/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 08/03/2025.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Residents of South Australia (SA) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are excluded from participating.
• Employees of Ironhorse Motorsports and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:
• Purchase a photo package during the competition period.
• Meet the stated eligibility requirements.
• Each eligible purchase automatically registers the entrant into the draw.
• A maximum of 1,000 entrants will be accepted. Once this cap is reached, no further entries will be allowed.
• No refunds will be provided for purchases due to the nature of the competition.
• Upon purchase, downloadable content will be provided, and tickets will be entered into the system for the draw.

Prizes

• First Prize: Suzuki GSX-R 1000 L7 Pepsi Edition motorcycle.

Draw Details

• Winners will be determined by a random draw held on 09/03/2025 at 7:00 PM AEST.
• The draw will be conducted by a third-party company, randomdraws.com.au, which is fully compliant with all state regulations regarding computer-generated random winner selection.
• The draw will take place via Facebook Live and be streamed on our YouTube channel.
• Winners will be contacted during the live draw via the phone number provided at the time of entry.

Winner Announcement

• Winners will be published on the Promoter's website and all social media channels following the draw.
• Delivery of the prizes will be arranged after the live draw ends.
• Delivery costs for the first prize (motorcycle) will be covered by Ironhorse Motorsports. The motorcycle will be transported from our garage to the winner’s designated address.
