Ironhorse Motorsports is officially a Pty Ltd Company!

If you're scratching your head... don't worry, I have been too!!

At the very start of Ironhorse, the whole thing was co-owned by Ross and I - in a partnership. This is a key part of our story... because Ironhorse Motorsports and the whole idea behind it was all Ross! It was his idea that sparked the fire and lead us on our mission to change the motorcycle scene in Australia.

The mission ahead is a big one, and it's only just begun. With so much work ahead and at a fork in the roads of life, the partnership disbanded and Ironhorse Motorsports became the registered business name under my personal ABN as a sole trader.

While things have been working fine, I'm always looking for ways to save money for Ironhorse so we can give more back to you! Due to me being a full-time sparky, any profits made through Ironhorse were pushed into a high tax bracket - giving us all less value for our money and time!

So... moving forward, Ironhorse Motorsports is now officially it's own entity, separate to myself and my personal finances. I've had to go and get a "director ID" - whatever that is, and a whole heap of other hoops to jump through... but we're there!

Long story short, I've been doing a lot of boring stuff in the background but the end result should mean less of our dollars going to the tax man - meaning more to give to you legends!
